Join A Life-Changing Immersion Trip to Our Mountain!
Our Honduras immersion trips immerse participants in HIV care work at Montaña de Luz, allow folks to see the impact of our programs first-hand. On a typical week at the Mountain of Light, participants will stay in our group housing, spending time with our staff and children residing on the mountain, learning more about HIV/AIDS Care in Honduras, visiting some of the small businesses and families our programs support, experiencing Honduran culture and cuisine, and returning home forever changed. Each immersion trip is open to individuals, families, communities of faith, school groups, university groups, and other organizations.

Through an immersive, educational experience on the mountain, our team will guide you through the realities of HIV/AIDS in Honduras, introducing you to the medical, social, and cultural dimensions of this work. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of global health challenges and personal connections to our mission. An HIV status should never hinder anyone from a bright future, and our hope is you will return an ally and advocate, for both those affected by HIV in Honduras and at home.
